Cromwell Property has sold four assets in The Netherlands for 鈧�30m to unnamed buyers.
The manager has sold two multi-tenanted office buildings located in Zwolle and Breda from the Artemis portfolio and has sold an office building in Vianen and mixed-use building in Nieuwegein from its Puffin portfolio. The assets total 29,642sqm.
