A fund managed by the property arm of Dutch insurer ASR has added a 鈧�115m office building in the Netherlands occupied by Rabobank to its portfolio.
ASR Real Estate said it has acquired the fully-let 25,645sqm office building at Fellenoord 17 in Eindhoven on behalf of the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund.
The ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund focuses on high-quality office buildings in the immediate vicinity of mobility hubs in the five largest office markets in the Netherlands.
