Â鶹ӳ» QUEST - An institutional investor is looking to commit €25m-50m to private real estate investments in Europe.
In Â鶹ӳ» Quest search QN1145, the investor is seeking to invest in a core fund that is currently or soon to be open for institutional investors.
Specialist funds, country and/or sector-specific funds, and specialist managers are preferred.
The fund can invest in the UK as well as continental Europe.
The preferred maximum loan-to-value should be 50%.
The investor has not set a minimum target for assets under management for the mandate, but would require the successful company to already be managing $500m (€375m).
The investor is open to manager suggestions regarding performance benchmarks.
Performance data should be supplied as at 30 September, gross of fees.
The deadline for applications is 8 December.
