Bank of Ireland is selling a portfolio of Irish retail property assets for €162m.

The portfolio of five retail parks is being marketed by Savills and JLL, which were appointed to find a buyer by receivers KPMG and Mazars.

One of the assets, the Nutgrove Retail Park, near Dublin, is worth around €60m.

The 195,000 sq ft park includes 57,000 sq ft of office and leisure space.

Annual rents are above €4m.

Tenants of the fully let park include Homebase and Aldi.

Savills said the asset would “attract the attention of some of the active institutional buyers currently in the Irish market given its quality and lot size.

The 1.1m sq ft portfolio – the largest Irish real estate opportunity to come to the market in terms of overall floor area – also includes four regional retail parks.

The four regional schemes – at Letterkenny, Sligo, Tullamore and Deerpark – have a €100m guide price.
